Frequently asked questions
Who is your coaching for?
My coaching is primarily designed for individuals living with ME/CFS, Long COVID and other conditions involving persistent or debilitating fatigue. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting. We begin with where you are now and work together from there.
How often should I have coaching sessions?
For most people managing most chronic fatigue conditions, we suggest having weekly sessions for 1 month to establish the foundation for healing. This is the average amount of time required to make meaningful improvement targeted towards a full recovery. After this initial period we can adjust the coaching sessions suited to your needs and circumstances.
What if I have a bad day or a crash on the day of my session?
Your wellbeing comes first. If you're having a particularly difficult day, we can adapt the session accordingly. You don't need to push yourself simply to attend a coaching session. If you would like to reschedule the consultation, send us an email and we can rearrange the session for a date and time suited to your needs.
Is coaching a substitute for medical treatment?
No. Coaching focuses on your present circumstances, goals, choices and ways of moving forward. It isn't designed to diagnose or provide medical treatment.Coaching provides safe strategies in order to bolster your recovery from chronic fatigue conditions without replacing advice or treatment from your healthcare professional.
Can I cancel and request a refund before the time of the session that I booked?
Yes, if you feel that you would like to cancel & request a refund for any reason, sessions can be cancelled and you will be reimbursed for the full amount of the purchase. Please note that this can only be done before the time of the session that has been booked. If you would like to cancel and request a refund, kindly send us an email.
